PPA view

The PPA view shows a PPA on one page: its contract terms, pricing, settlement terms, and contracted capacity. These cards are on the Overview tab. The Files tab holds documents attached to the PPA.

Contract terms card​

This card shows the contract terms from the PPA settings and the offtaker from the stakeholders settings: the PPA type, the offtaker's name, the contract term, and the contract start date.

Pricing card​

The items on this card depend on the PPA's pricing scheme. Besides the scheme itself, the card can show:

  • the strike price, for Fixed PPAs
  • the year-1 strike price, for PPAs whose strike price escalates with inflation
  • the cap price, for pricing schemes with a cap
  • the floor price, for every pricing scheme
  • the discount to market, for PPAs priced as a percentage discount to the settlement price

Prices entered per contract year with Flexible pricing appear as a chart over the contract term.

Settlement card​

This card shows how the settlement price is formed and who receives what: the settlement price zone, the settlement market, and the beneficiary of any FIP subsidy payments. Off-site PPAs with the Fixed or Fixed inflation escalation scheme have no settlement price, so their settlement price zone and settlement market are shown as not available.

Volume card​

This card shows the contracted volume as the total site AC capacity of all assets linked to the PPA.

Asset locations card​

This card shows an interactive map of all assets under the PPA. Hover over a marker to see the asset's name and capacity. The other controls work like the map in the asset view Overview card.

Files tab​

The Files tab lets you upload, tag, and download documents that belong to the PPA, such as the signed contract. It works like the Files tab of an asset.
