Personal information
Profile Picture
To be easily recognized among users, you can upload a profile picture that will be visible to other users in the workspaces you joined. Users outside these workspaces cannot see it. Once you upload a picture, an algorithm will crop it and choose the best area for profile picture. If you do not upload any picture, Tensor Cloud will generate one for you automatically.
Minimum resolution of a profile picture is 150x150 pixels. Supported file types are JPEG, PNG, and WebP, with a maximum size of 10MB.
Name
Your name may appear around Tensor Cloud where you contribute or are mentioned. Change it at any time from what you have set it to during account registration.
Email Address
You can change your email address by clicking on the input field and confirming your new email address in the dialog that appears.
Account Deletion
Tensor Cloud will allow for fully automated account deletion in the future. During the pilot phase, the Delete Account button will default to sending us an email so we can delete accounts on your behalf.
Security
Passkeys
Passkeys let you sign in securely with your fingerprint, face, or device PIN instead of an emailed magic link. You can also use a hardware security key such as a YubiKey. A passkey is always an addition to your account: signing in with a magic link by email remains available, so you are never locked out if a passkey is unavailable.
Managing passkeys
To register a passkey, go to Settings → Security and select Add passkey. Your browser or device will prompt you to authenticate with your fingerprint, face, PIN, or security key, and then save the passkey. Each passkey is listed by its Name and the date it was Created. Use the pencil icon to rename a passkey and the trash icon to remove one.
You can register more than one passkey, for example one for your laptop, one for your phone, and a hardware security key as a backup.
Signing in with a passkey
On a device where you have registered a passkey, the login screen offers to continue with it. After entering your email, you can also choose Sign in with a passkey. Authenticate with your fingerprint, face, PIN, or security key, and you are signed in without waiting for an email.
If a passkey is not available, or you are signing in on a new device, sign in with the magic link sent to your email as usual.

Pick your language of choice for the Tensor Cloud UI. Currently, you can choose between Japanese and English.
Unit display
You can choose the unit that Tensor Cloud uses to show you data relative to the DC size of assets. Most commonly this will be useful when managing asset operating costs.
