If you are missing functionality from Tensor Cloud and want to place a feature request, please use the Get support button in the top navigation bar of Tensor Cloud and let us know.

Technical Support

Email support is available for all customers. If you’re experiencing problems, have questions about Tensor Cloud, or want to report a bug, you can fill out the contact form and our friendly team will get back to you.

You need a Tensor Cloud account to file a support request.

During the Tensor Cloud pilot phase, support is provided to pilot customers on a best-effort basis without the option for SLAs, as we need to balance speed of development and response time of customer support.

Business hours

During the pilot phase, support business hours are as follows:

  • Tensor Energy support staff is available during JST business hours from 09:00-17:00
  • Tensor Energy support staff is not available during Japanese national holidays
